Eastern Machine Incorporated, founded in 1984, has for thirty-three years continuously dedicated itself to establishing and maintaining a legacy of both crafting and offering the highest quality non-electric condensate pumps currently available on the market.

Our pumps are compliant with both the ASME and ASTM standards of quality and are backed by a comprehensive warranty.

All the pumps and pumping units we sell and offer are proudly made in America from American materials and labor.

At Eastern, we manufacture a variety of non-electrical, stainless steel, pressure powered condensate pumps that can be custom built and tailored to suit the needs of the customer.

No matter the job required, our pumps can handle it with a variety of sizings and specifications to choose from. For more info about our potential pump sizings and specifications, please refer to our "specifications" page.

Whether it be an equally space and energy efficient low-profile unit, or a heavy duty triplex unit, we have the job covered with an unwavering dedication to high quality and customer satisfaction.

Over the years, Easterns condensate pumps have received numerous accolades for their exceptional build quality and ingenious design.

For instance, the design of our single compression spring condensate pump received the "Plant Engineering Magazine 1992 Gold Award" for the "Best Fluid Handling Product".

Our dedication to what we do helps ensure that we live up to our reputation as a premier pressure pump provider. More importantly, our unwavering dedication to our business helps ensure our customers continual satisfaction.

Easterns Pressure Powered Condensate Pumps

Our signature pressure powered condensate pumps operate by initially receiving liquids (i.e., condensate, Dowtherm, hydrocarbons, liquid food product, etc.) through the pump tank via inlet check valve.
Upon receiving a liquid, the vent valve is opened and the steam/air valve closes.

The float mechanism in the pump will then rise until a "high point" is achieved wherein the compression spring simultaneously shuts close the vent valve and opens the steam/air (pressure) valve.
The resulting pressure in the tank propels the liquid through the outlet check valve (volume pumped per cycle is dependent upon the tank size accordingly).

During the pumping phase of operation, the ball float drops as the liquid level gradually recedes until it reaches a "low point", wherein the compression spring simultaneously forces open the vent valve and closes the steam/air valve.
Pressure in the pump tank then begins to dissipate through the pump's vent as liquid enters through the inlet check valve and completes a cycle.

Our Product Warranty

Our warranty covers a complete unit for either a period of two years or until the unit achieves its millionth cycle (whichever comes first).

Our warranty covers the compression spring in our units for a lifetime. Warranty is also null and void if the operating pressure exceeds the limit specified by the M.A.W.P. listed on the head of the unit or if the unit is modified in any way.
Eastern Machine Incorporated reserves the right to change product designs and materials without notice.

All Eastern Machine Incorporated pump units are designed and manufactured with the highest standards of quality and exceed both the ASME and ASTM codes.

Our Condensate Pump Specifications

The following table includes the pounds pumped per hour for liquids with a specific gravity equaling .9 to 1.0 with a filling head of 12 inches above the pump top (while using steam as the only motivating force). For other information on how other gravity specific fluids, filling heads, and other motivating force mediums might be handled, please check with an appropriate Eastern Machine Inc. representative.

The approximate utility usage is three pounds of steam per thousand pounds of liquid pumped and one-hundred standard cubic feet of compressed air per thousand pounds of liquid pumped.
